Social Intelligence connects your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Google Business accounts to SuportLayer. We collect customer interactions on a schedule and through webhooks, normalize them into threads, analyze sentiment and buying intent, and index useful content into the same knowledge layer that powers your chatbot.

How we collect social data

You authorize each connection. SuportLayer only pulls data from accounts you connect.

Connect with OAuth

Add your provider app keys per website, complete OAuth, and choose which accounts to link. Setup guides walk you through Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Google.

Step 2

Sync on a schedule

A background job checks connected accounts every 30 minutes and pulls new comments, messages, and reviews since the last sync.

Step 3

Receive live webhooks

For Meta platforms, real-time webhook events bring new interactions in immediately so you do not wait for the next sync cycle.

Step 4

Normalize and deduplicate

Raw payloads are stored, then normalized into customer interactions and conversation threads with stable external IDs so duplicates are skipped.

Step 5

Analyze with AI

Each interaction is enriched with intent, sentiment, topic, urgency, and lead scores so your team sees what matters first.

Index into knowledge
