Service description
SuportLayer provides tools to crawl or import website content, power AI chat and voice on your properties, capture leads, and related analytics. Features vary by plan. We may update functionality with reasonable notice where required.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful use of the service, obtaining any consents required for visitor tracking and messaging, accuracy of content you submit, and compliance with laws applicable to your industry and regions you serve. You must not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
Fees and termination
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page and order form. You may cancel according to your subscription terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or abuse. Upon termination, export obligations and data deletion follow your agreement and our privacy documentation.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as described in your agreement. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages and capped as stated in your commercial contract or applicable consumer rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory law, including GDPR-related rights.
