Application in Finland
Finland implements the EU GDPR through the Data Protection Act (Tietosuojalaki 1050/2018) and related regulations. SuportLayer applies the same GDPR principles described in our EU notice, with additional attention to Finnish practice where it affects you or your Finnish visitors.

If you are in Finland and believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto).

Language and communications
We provide SuportLayer marketing and product UI in Finnish where available. Privacy requests may be submitted in Finnish or English; we respond in the language of your request when reasonably possible.
Special categories and minors
Our service is not designed for processing special categories of personal data unless you configure content that includes such data. Customers are responsible for lawful basis and safeguards under Finnish and EU rules. If your use involves minors, you must ensure appropriate consent or authority under applicable law.
Documentation for Finnish customers
Finnish companies and agencies may request our DPA, subprocessor information, and security overview for vendor due diligence. Enterprise agreements can include Finnish governing law or contact points where mutually agreed in writing.
